Desert Mountain Golf Club

Desert Mountain is located in North Scottsdale. Great golf is just the beginning at Desert Mountain! The Mountain offers; Seven Diverse Golf Courses, Seven Distinctive Club houses, Ten Restaurants and Grills, Nine-Court Tennis Complex, Jim Flick Golf Performance Center, Dog Park, The Ranch and over 45 social clubs and activities!  It is huge with over 8800 acres.  There are six Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, and one revolutionary championship “Par 54” course, a next-gen, short-game design for players beginner to expert. Desert Mountain offers three types of memberships to anyone, not limited to people who live within the community. 

The equity golf membership includes all of the unparalleled amenities the club has to offer are available to you as a Desert Mountain Equity Golf member. The equity lifestyle membership includes the use of the newly renovated Sonoran spa and fitness center, access to seven clubhouses, ten restaurants and grills, hiking and biking trails and numerous social clubs. Golf privileges, including the practice ranges and the Jim Flick Golf Performance Center, are not available.

Estancia Golf Club

Estancia golf club opened in 1995 and is nestled on 640 acres of the northern slope of Scottsdale's famed landmark Pinnacle Peak in a private, gated community. Their internationally recognized, Tom Fazio designed 18-hole championship golf course offers 7,314 yards of superb golf, bent grass greens, and breathtaking views. Estancia is a private club, owned and operated by its members. Their clubhouse amenities include dining, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi and massage therapy. 

Estancia offers a full equity golf membership and a one-time non-equity social membership. They are currently full but have 1-2 memberships that come on the market every month.

Silverleaf Golf Club 

Silverleaf is a private enclave of custom estate homesites and intimate retreats tucked into the canyons of the McDowell Mountains in North Scottsdale, Arizona, and adjacent to DC Ranch. The private club features a Tom Weiskopf designed, 18-hole championship golf course. This is a par-72 championship golf course winding along 7,322 yards of inspiring terrain. The 50,000 square-foot Rural Mediterranean-style Silverleaf Clubhouse features world class spa facilities, resort and lap pools, fully appointed men's and women's locker rooms, as well as fine and casual dining. You do not need to live in the community to be either member. 

Silverleaf offers two categories of membership, Golf and Clubhouse. Golf memberships are currently full, but they have members wanting to resign and then spots will be available.

Country Club at DC Ranch

DC Ranch is nestled at the foot of the scenic McDowell Mountains, DC Ranch Country Club is a part of a master planned community with. There are a variety of neighborhoods in DC Ranch to satisfy any residents’ lifestyle. From condominiums, townhomes, villas, to 10,000 square foot custom homes or empty lots for you to design your dream home overlooking the McDowell Mountains, DC Ranch provides the perfect setting for busy families to Arizona second-home owners. Memberships are not tied to an HOA. The golf and country club that features a classic course redesigned by Tom Lehman and John Fought. The Club offers tennis, fitness, swimming, exceptional dining venues and a variety of social events. The Club recently opened its $8.5-million expansion and update to its facility This includes a new fitness center, group exercise rooms, a resort-style pool, a casual indoor dining room, a poolside bar, a tween room, an expanded kid’s playroom, an expanded ladies’ lounge and a larger clubhouse kitchen. DC Ranch offers four types of memberships.

The Golf Membership. Unlimited golf privileges and use of practice facilities for the member, spouse, and unmarried children underage of 24. Includes use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis. 

The Sport Social Membership. You Receive unlimited tee times and guest privileges from June through December; from January through May, members receive a maximum of six rounds per a family member. The member pays a reduced greens fee per round, plus cart fee. Includes unlimited use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis. 

The Clubhouse Membership. This Includes unlimited use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis (excluding golf). Single Memberships are available for Sports Social, and Clubhouse categories with reduced monthly dues for those members who are independent and have no children under the age of 24.  

The Junior Golf Membership. Unlimited golf privileges and use of practice facilities for individuals and families ages 21-39. Reduced initiation fee paid over four (4) years. Includes use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis.

Desert Highlands

Desert Highlands is an HOA community membership it is tied to property ownership, so everyone is equally invested in creating and maintaining a thriving community.  Members enjoy incredible views of Pinnacle Peak and the McDowell Mountain Range paired with the glow of distant city lights. Desert Highlands, 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course surrounds the southern sops of Pinnacle Peak. It is a par-72 layout that measures 7,108 yards from the tips. Golfers are in good hands when it comes to game improvement: Video analysis, on-course instruction, private lessons and golf schools are among the many offerings provided, and tailor-made programs are specially built for individual game needs. Their Racquet Club features 16 tennis courts, including 2 grass and clay courts, & pickleball courts.  They also have a 7,700 square foot Fitness Center featuring state of the art equipment, group classes, personal training, heated swimming pool & a robust social calendar.   

Upon the purchase of a home or home site, a one-time membership fee of $75,000 is paid at closing. Membership fees are placed into the Club's Capital Fund that is used for all capital needs to maintain roads, the clubhouse buildings, golf course, tennis and any other capital needs that arise.

Troon

Troon Scottsdale is made up of numerous subdivisions, each with its own character. Troon offers home buyers a distinguished lifestyle of luxury and leisure. Troon Golf Club is not associated with an HOA. Troon has 3 membership categories Premium full golf, Associates, and Signature social membership. 

The Premier Membership includes unlimited access and Club privileges inclusive of golf, fitness, tennis, swimming, leisure, dining, social events, etc. 

The Associate Golf Membership is designed for Members ages 21-49; this membership offers young executives unlimited access and Club privileges, inclusive of golf, fitness, tennis, swimming, leisure, dining, social events, etc. 

The Signature Membership is a sport and social offering perfect for those who prefer the finest in 

amenities, service, and exclusivity, but wish to tailor it to their time. Enjoy friends, food, leisure, and fitness, along with generous practice complex privileges and seasonal golf benefits (May-September).

Ancala Golf Club

Ancala golf club is nestled in the rugged foothills of the McDowell Mountains. The club features a spectacular 6,815 yards and a par-72, Perry Dye-designed championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, pool and fitness center and myriad of social and competitive events scheduled throughout the year. The club offers a variety of membership options for individuals, families, executives/young executives, and seasonal visitors, and is also open to the public for weddings, golf tournaments and other special events. 

Full Golf membership includes unlimited golf access and club usage. Including Tennis, Fitness, Swimming and Dining facilities and access to all members-only golf and social events throughout the year. 

With the transferable full golf membership, you get your initiation deposit returned in 30 years. You must go on a wait list and stay a member while on the list. Unlimited golf access and club usage. Including Tennis, Fitness, Swimming and Dining facilities, unlimited golf access and expansive golf practice from May–September with payment of cart fees. Members may play golf 2 times October through April with payment of cart fees, and participation in members-only events. 

Social membership gives you access to all clubhouse dining facilities, allows participation in all social events, including members-only mixers, holiday parties and other food and beverage activities, and the opportunity to host events at the club at member pricing.
